Constructed in 2006, the 4,600 square feet Social Facility is beautifully designed.  Upon entering using the keyless fob entry system, you will find yourself in a country club atmosphere surrounded by Tuscan décor. 

The Amenity Facility is an extension of the resident’s unit. Come in and browse through the many books in the library and relax while taking in the panoramic views of Caxambas Pass and Kice Island. Or, bring your laptop computer and catch up with family and friends, communicating via wireless internet anywhere in the facility.

Support your Alma Mater or favorite professional team while watching sporting events on the large screen plasma TV in the media area or one of the two LCD TV’s at the bar.
