The Cape Marco Property Owners’ Association manages a community clubhouse for use by all residents.  The clubhouse interior includes a spacious open lobby used for lounging, entertainment or private gatherings.  Other amenities include a meeting/card room, two fitness rooms, private saunas and a kitchen sized appropriately for catering. 

On the clubhouse exterior, residents may enjoy sitting on the large veranda deck socializing with friends or being entertained watching a tennis match.

Additionally, the office for the Cape Marco Master Association is located within the clubhouse.
